Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your robot vacuum to remove personal data, empty the dustbin or water tank, and securely pack the unit in its original Roborock box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
